Duration: Each standard session is 60 minutes.
Session Quantity: The total number of sessions is highly individualized, depending entirely on the complexity of your situation, which will be firmly established during the preliminary assessment.
Expectations: Expect a highly focused, relentlessly precise dialogue devoid of superficial pleasantries. This is not counseling for emotional venting; it is a cold, objective extraction of data and logical restructuring. We will focus intensely on capturing the unconscious cues in your language, ultimately delivering a lucid "structural map" and a concrete Intervention Strategy (Action Plan).
